Hello Mr. Mosley,


Per your request regarding regulations regarding panning for gold, if you

intend to pan for gold as a "recreational" activity - no surface mining permit

is required. Suction dredging is not recommended in privately owned streams

and is not allowed in National Forests. The operation is to be kept within the

channel with no disturbance to banks.

The Only Reason I Left part of this up is to see How Easy it is to Trick People into Thinking This is the LAW !

I need some one to help with the club finding places to go and things to do places for disconts and ways to make some money for the club so I can buy some tools and equipment to use on outings and other stuff  like give a ways

In Alabama you can't enter or transverse a stream that is bounded by private property without the land owners permission unless it is a navigable body of water. Public access is denied to non-navigable streams. The stream is considered property of the landowner. Most states consider all waters within the state are for public use. I been checking on permit's look's like no dredging in the Tallapoosa River got some rare

Muscle's  so I am told. I did find out that there is Platinum and silver in Alabama some near me now I have some thing more to look for.

I got permition to detect on Cleburne Co. Al. county owned property from the probate judge here is thee of them The Hopewell voting house, the court house property, and a long side of the Chief Ladiga Trail.
